Currently, the form admin can set two types of emails after a submission is received:
  1. The email that they will receive
  2. The email to the responder
Though the email they receive can have multiple receivers, currently it doesn't support logic like whom to send based on the options selected.
For example, a form can have options like:
  • I have a technical query
  • I have a sales-related query
Based on what option you have selected, it will route the email to the corresponding receiver.
You can do this using Zapier integration for now.
