I am looking at just using Statement Blocks in a YouForm but would like the blocks to be displayed in the order of Newest first in the form without me manually re-arranging the blocks before publishing any updates. Is this possible?

Pls switch to builder v2 and click on the + icon from the middle section to add new blocks on the top of the current block. This will solve your issue.
