Currently, when downloading an attachment, the file name appears as a code instead of the original file name provided by the form submitter. This can create confusion and make it difficult to identify the files without opening each one.

I believe that retaining the original file name would greatly enhance the user experience by allowing us to easily recognise and manage the attachments. It would save time and improve overall efficiency in handling submissions.
