It's annoying from a UX/UI perspective to have two buttons in the Cal.com integration card, as the "Done" or "Next" button will always be blocked (and displaying an if clicked) until you book a call.

But once you actually schedule - in our setup at least - you're automatically taken to the end, hence the Next button is useless, but it cannot be removed, and would be ideal to.
