Are there plans to attach point values to answers so that we can create scoring logic?

Hey Kevin, this is currently supported in Youform :)
You can use the Logic feature to assign a point value for each answer, and then take users to different Thank You pages based on their final score.

would be great to have it. indeed. with ability to to add some images in the end result page with URL for each results. Like what books will match you then when they reach results page.. I can add the images with URL so when they click it, it takes to them to the proper book page.
