Add tags in submissions

This will be useful to do lots of workflows like create a tag called "Approval" and apply to a submission. Then option to filter the submissions by the tags.

We will add this in the future but if you need this right now, you can try Zapier or Make integration to send data to Trello and let it create a new card for each new submissions. Your approval manager can then drag the cards to approved list.
