Hi currently it's not possible. You can use the contact or address type field to ask multiple data in single screen though (because they all are customizable).

We might not have a Google Forms-like UI anytime in the near future. But for now you can have multiple inputs using the Contact Info block by customizing the label and placeholders according to your needs.

Just thought about this today! I wish there's an option for this! I used Youform for conferences leads. Feedback from candidate is that they often prefer a single page v.s. multiple page.
If there's an option for this would be lovely.
